I had to return my order it was a smooth process. There wasn’t much back and forth, and my refund showed up after a few days. Not the most exciting thing, but it worked the way it should. Overall, I’d say it was a hassle-free experience.

The site looks okay overall, but I couldn’t find enough trust details to feel reallyyy sure about it yet.

I ordered a few things from Wauglobal, and when the package finally showed up, I was kind of like, “Wait… this isn’t right.” One item was missing, and another product wasn’t the one I ordered. Shipping also took longer than I expected, which already had me wondering what was going on. Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the replies felt slow and I had to explain the same issue more than once. Overall, it wasn’t a total disaster, but the order fulfillment definitely needs some work

I don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. I’ve tried similar products from other brands that offered better quality or more features for around the same price, sometimes even less. It’s not terrible, but for the cost, I expected more.

Delivery took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of unnecessary, but the product itself does the job and feels durable. I’d probably buy it again.
